VCO re^{n}dux

Having improved the LFO pulse width range yesterday, I went ahead and improved the VCO’s today. This time the fix was to increase the gain of the amplifier I’d added from 1.33 to 2.0. That involved changing out two resistors, but actually I decided it might be just as well to build a new amplifier. This time I got the DIP socket the right way around and everything. I now get a range on the pulse width knob from something like 2% to 93% or so. I’ll take it.
