Kassutronics Wavefolder

Another new module, a Konversion of the Kassutronics Wavefolder.

I included an extra jack and pot for a Symmetry (Odd/Even) CV and another extra jack for a second VCA CV, as described near the end of the Kassutronics build document.

The PCB is built according to the Kassutronics instructions except the board mounted jacks and pots are omitted.

(Also, the -9 V regulator (LM7909) is rare and hard to find. So I substituted ±8 V regulators (LM7808 and LM7908) which work fine.)

Then I installed panel mounted jacks and pots and started running wires. And wires. And wires. About 31 or so of them.

To attach the PCB to the panel I used a 3D printed clamp.

At first it didn’t work because I’d overlooked the tip normal connection on the VCA CV jack, and then it wasn’t working but then it was kind of and I’m not sure what I did to fix it but I did, and then I thought it wasn’t quite working right because the outputs looked nothing like what was shown in the build guide, but it turned out I just had to adjust the trimmers a lot before I could get to the assumed starting configuration for the calibration procedure. Anyway, it works now!
